I presented my doctoral research at UNED's PhD Doctoral Days for the Intelligent Systems programme, proposing a framework that goes beyond binary bias detection towards a richer characterization combining linguistic analysis, perspectivist annotation, and hierarchical modeling strategies.
The presentation covered: moving beyond binary bias detection to multi-level analysis; connecting sentence-level manifestations with document-level classification; perspectivist annotation strategies and disagreement-aware learning; and methodological challenges including annotation subjectivity and model generalization limitations.
